Kensington & Chelsea's National Childbirth Trust (NCT) tells mums about the 'Ins and Outs of Acupuncture' with the help of local acupuncturist Kate Winstanley.

The much loved and trusted NCT charity is a strong advocate of giving mums-to-be and new mums all the information they need to have a healthy pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Kate Winstanley is a trusted and well respected local acupuncturist who works closely with hospitals, midwives and doulas.

Acupuncture is widely (and safely) used to aid fertility, then during pregnancy, birth and beyond.  In Kensington & Chelsea NCT's Summer 2012 Newsletter they have a headline feature on acupuncture answering all the basic questions such as:

- How does acupuncture work?

- Can I have acupuncture whilst I'm pregnant?

- What happens during a treatment and what does it really feel like?

- What can acupuncture help me with?

- How many sessions do I need?

Find out the answers in their article which is posted below.  Contact Kate with any questions.
